We examine both the ratification policies of Central and Eastern European countries and how the implementation level of social rights is assessed from an international viewpoint.

Pracami zespołu kierowała prof. Aleksandra Gliszczyńska-Grabias zaś w jego skład weszli wybitni znawcy tematyki, tak od strony praktycznej, jak i teoretycznej. Dobrze było także od siebie dołożyć mały kamyczek do prac tego zespołu!

Projekt Wytycznych został opracowany przez Zespół do spraw przeciwdziałania mowie nienawiści i przestępstwom motywowanym uprzedzeniami, powołany przez Prokuratora Generalnego. Za powołanie tego zespołu duże podziękowania należą się Adamowi Bodnarowi.

Bardzo serdecznie polecam wszystkim zajmującym się prawami człowieka ich lekturę. Wskazują one bowiem prokuratorom pewien model postępowania w tego typu sprawach (do których należą także sprawy dotyczące tzw. mowy nienawiści),
