Again you'll miss out on alot of good shows with that perspective
But each to their own fair play

Then it's 100% worth every second of the effort

Agreed all have voices to offer
But not all are in each show

This isn't me trying to be argumentative just my opinion that to say a show is likely going to be bad from only have 1 gender or 1 skin colour is a rather poor excuse

I only say this because it gender and skin colour shouldn't matter

It is all personal choice which is fair but there are many single gendered or skin coloured podcast across the range that are good

Do you enjoy it

Youll likely miss alot of good ones

Personal I dont care who's taking part (who they are, what they look like or what they have between their legs)
As long as its good and fun then why not enjoy it
Its all up to Personal tastes

Sound levels
An issue every editor needs to be aware of but not always the easiest to master

Player dynamics
Can fault this one its solid
If people dont enjoy playing together then yeah it shows

I dont think alot of people understand the time and effort that it takes to even attempt to do ap podcasting

But there are some very valid points here
Mic quality
(However not everyone can afford top quality mics)

We did have a solo show running along side but its been a while
