From what I understand, this is happening, but the business owners taking the fall are overwhelmingly contractors or franchisees of much larger corporations, who have plausible deniability and are never punished at scale.

More on point - you may not care about tv numbers, but that’s the entire point of this discussion, and how I’m assigning *value*. There is no more valuable media entity in the league than Caitlin, so much so that it exceeds the media value of the rest of the WNBA combined
