“Helpful” is not “saying this makes me, personally, feel better in the moment and I don’t care what effect it has on the larger messaging ecosystem.”
Every single time one of you whines about a strongly worded letter (which is actually fulfilling a notice requirement) in public, it hurts us.

Y’all were obviously not around in the 20 aughts when we discovered George Lakoff bc you are incapable of his number 1 lesson: KEEP YOUR MOUTH SHUT UNLESS YOU HAVE SOMETHING HELPFUL TO SAY. And “helpful” ONLY means “that which ACTUALLY helps your preferred candidate/ally advance their message.”
