At this point, I can only assume USC Athletics is paying off the AP to specifically disrespect the football team to the level where it motivates them to play with the world’s biggest chip on their shoulders.

I try not to be too smug about “the good old days,” so I’ll just say that our Coachella experience in 2009 was ideal: we stayed at the just-opened Ace Hotel in Palm Springs for $129/night and spent every day lounging at their swim-up pool before driving over to Coachella to see this insane lineup.

My 9yo has been asking me to replace my printer toner for the last few weeks so she can make some cute paper craft and I keep forgetting.
Today, she decided to try a new avenue of persuasion: her Christmas/birthday wishlist.
Especially love the applied legend: ❌ = not gotten YET!! Just FYI, mommy.

Just started using a face cream that has micro-needles in it, which is pretty wild if I think about it too much (the tingling is… being micro-pricked?!), but I can only trust Donna here and hope my face AND base will be delighted with the outcome.

Tonight, @evanphx.dev and I realized that we’re not in any group chats with funny or pithy group names… and then we realized that basically the only named chat we’re in is this one with our 9yo.

We gave the Timeshifter app a try to work on jet lag on the way to and from Europe. I ended up not following any of their instructions, whoops.
But even if I had been following the rest of the directives, I definitely would have scoffed at this one. 😆😂
