You can freeze sandwiches. Some work better than others. Make a load and voila! Take one out the freezer each morning and it’s defrosted by lunchtime. Also, you can do porridge in a slow cooker overnight and have it for breakfast so can last all morning without feeling hungry.

Still use the terms content and provenance when using sources/ interpretations- at KS3 and GCSE.

Time team did a documentary on the secret of Lincoln jail which is useful in tracing the prison at the castle over time - it’s available on YouTube. KSHS in Sleaford do Lincoln castle as a site study and they did have some resources on their website, but not sure if this is still the case.
