Everything you hate about Halo 4 but with even more BS.
Escort missions, too many defense sections, longer missions than Spartan Assault (both games have 0 checkpoints) and standing in a circle for an arbitrary amount of time.
I gave up in the second half of the game.

A top down shooter spin off of the Halo games that does play well for the most part.
Levels are short although dying will make you do the level all over again.
Some frustrating parts but it's a decent game.

A pretty fun game built on the GZDoom engine with colorful 8 bit style graphics and chiptune music.
A short game that will last about 3.5 hours if you're not looking to 100% the game.
Definitely give this game a shot if you like games like Doom.

The History Channel: Battle for the Pacific (PS2) 👎
The first instance of a game I just gave up on.
The next gen version is known to be bad and the PS2 port is probably worse.
The game also has terrible control scheme made by a crackhead and bullet sponge enemies.
I gave up after the first level

Another game I started before 2026, this game is an alright experience on the PSP. I recommend it because it's good for bite size sessions.
I also actually owned a physical copy with my PSP back in the day. Sadly I don't have it anymore.

I actually started most of my playthrough last year but I just finished it.
I hear it plays a lot like F.E.A.R which seems accurate from what little I know about that game.
The gameplay is very fast pace in a good way for the most part. The music is also pretty good.

Call of Duty: World at War - Final Fronts 👍
This is the PS2 version of World at War that I feel like was actually very fun. Now there's no zombies or multiplayer.
I feel like this campaign is a good add on for the main version. No Soviet levels but It has some of the cut British levels.
