I have read the entire screenshot 4 times to be sure I didn't miss anything. The words "prison", "jail", "incarceration" do not appear anywhere in it. Please correct me if I am wrong.

"Due process" is a specific term that has a meaning outside what the component words and I want to be sure we are talking about that thing and not something else (hence quotes). I dont see in your screenshot "the supreme court has determined anyone... got due process when they went to prison".

I get my information from a lot of sources. I am trying to understand how you determine people should not be given "due process" and if you even know what those words mean.
