I dont excuse it away as stupid. Stupid can be educated. This is an entire group of society that has intentionally decided that getting what benefits them is all that matters, no matter what the cost to others or who they have to hurt to get it. Thats not stupid, its moral evil.

I have to disengage. I packed up my life and left the country because of him and his magat agenda. My senior thesis in college was an analysis of German political speeches in the Nazi Reich. I know enough about fascist tactics to realize how dangerous this is.

It's beyond surreal that anyone would choose this future for their country. Sadly, I was a lifelong Republican and American. Now I am neither. We left for Canada 2 years ago. The US has ceased being a nation that reflects our values. Very sad.
