As a few people already suggested, the most fully-featured option is to use GitHub Pages and a static site generator like MkDocs. If you're looking for something super simple though, you might want to just use something like Notion. You can use whatever theme you want and publish it for free

Hmm my experience might be out of date, but when I bought pants from them in-store a few years ago they were all 34" in-seam and they offered free hemming. Maybe they've changed their sizing since then?

I believe Uniqlo sells all of its pants with a 34" inseam by default, since they offer free hemming for people who want shorter sizes
