I attended Catholic school, taught in 2. Jumped through all the hoops to have my marriage recognized by the church. Sat in church many a Sunday after popping my birth control pill, wondering if 20 or 200 others had done the same. Finally I realized I’d had enough.

That tiara (while pretty) is perched crazy crooked like a jaunty beret. It got more angled throughout the night. Was there not one nice lady there to grab her and fix it? A kind gay man with stylish expertise? Anyone with eyes? Who let her leave like this and why did no one help at the banquet?

I liked the dress and color. Eye makeup good too. The jaunty angle of that tiara is crazy though. How could a person converse with her and stop looking at it? Quite huge and heavy. It needed twists or updo to have some bulky hair to get pins/combs in. Did she just ignore entreaties as she left?

We really liked it! Husbands complaint was geography of Paris misrepresented. I rolled my eyes at Minka’s fuzzy diction several times but overall charmed by cast, fun if predictable plot and her chill beauty.
