Oh my. 1 lb 7 oz first flush Lion’s Mane on a 4 lb block of 50/50 hardwood pellets/soy hulls. I’m eating mushrooms daily now. My favorite still Pink Oyster, harvesting younger tho, to avoid spores - they are a species with great will to live and reproduce. #mycophiles #fungifriends

Pearl Oyster Mushrooms. Pinned white, transformed to deep blue, then matured to gray white, but today looking a little tired. 13 ounces. Delicious. Was given 10 species in liquid culture, working thru them. Set outside overnight to induce pinning. #fungifriends #mycophiles

Christmas miracle - first harvest of Lion’s Mane started from liquid culture. I think they were ready to harvest - too excited to wait another day. 1.23 pounds from a 4.5 pound block. Not pro level, but my best yet! #fungifriends #mushrooms

My first baby Pink Oyster mushrooms. I don’t have a CO2 monitor and am obsessing about what levels might be. I’m only changing air every two hours because GoVee control has a 12 on/off limit. Started from liquid culture. #fungifriends #mushrooms
