I think you are thinking about the Lobster Trap. Excellent dive bar in the early 2000’s. We spent a lot of time there. The bar tender gave out free ones constantly

Well, on this night a bunch of 18-22 year old guys were acting like a bunch of 18 year old guys and broke one of the windows of the van. Spent the next 2 hours coming up with lies to cover ourselves. They were all better than this one.

So when I was in college, we were returning campus from a baseball game and for some unknown reason we drove in vans, unsupervised, driven by any teammate older than 21. (1/2)
