UPDATE: After outrage, Taliban Minister called another press conference in New Delhi, this time inviting women journalists.
“The absence of solidarity in pointing out this discriminatory practice at the event signals a troubling complacency in our community,” said the Editors Guild of India, on the exclusion of women journalists from the press conference by the Afghan minister.
