The way they see themselves, others and the physicality of every creature has been filtered by the lens of social media (and culture in gen) since their childhood. There’s literally a lifetime to unlearn here.

It is a bit insensitive… because if it was that easy, the problem wouldn’t be here in the first place. Also you’re 58 years old, you’ve had time and experience to let go of those physical expectations. The article quotes mainly young women of my generation who’ve had social media their whole life.
