Canadian from Ottawa here. I agree with Bloombridge. He made us do shit and spend money that was unnecessary and we know he's just gonna be back for more in 30 days. He's already moved the goal posts saying we'll see how we do on a new "economic deal".

Of course, you don't need to refresh every year depending on your use cases, but NVDA is targeting a 1 year rhythm. And just putting out the newer chip should depreciate the value of the old ones, even if you don't upgrade.
