Spent some cold and windy time today checking out an art.

And we finally got into a theme park last night. Rollercoaster buddy and I rode every open ride in the park, while our partners rode almost all of them with us. They skipped out on a few of our silly choices.
This is our traditional proof of park picture. This is a selfie taken on the carousel before the ride starts moving. We are both wearing all black and smiling. This was not a ride sat out on by our partners, but it’s hard to take a selfie of more than two people on this kind of ride.

It’s vacation day! I’m going to visit the mouse and ride roller coasters with roller coaster friend. This trip will be less intense than the 7 day road trip to ride 30 coasters this past June.
We also rode four carousels. This is one of them, I think at Hershey park. The photo is a silly selfie while riding. I am pulling a face, and my friend is behind me on a different horse. He’s wearing all black and a trucker hat featuring the iconic sign from Kennywood that reads “💀 Don’t Stand Up 💀”

I am also a bog-seeking individual.
A wet part of my local bog. It was taken in spring before everything turned green. In the foreground is dark murky water with a smattering of small lily pads. The middle ground is leafless shrubs and a large stick. I do not know what the stick is doing. The back ground has some shrubs with new leaves and bare trees.

It’s pigeon fledging season.
A just fledged pigeon sits on a stump next to the bike path. It’s nest was in a hole in the overpass next to wear it is sitting.
