Also, how come voters feel entitled and even obligated to snipe and complain about how SNAP recipients spend their money, but never squeak about the lack of public care expressed by corporations bolstered by our tax dollars? Shareholder value is all that matters? Fine: we're shareholders.

My kids pretend to be resentful that they can speak fluently in movie references that include screwball comedy, noir, Hitchcock, classic Westerns, and Mel Brooks. But I know it's only an act.
