Not enough of a company goal I guess, they don’t have an excuse, but neither a reason to waste the manpower I suppose. It’s dumb, but we deal with this by just using emulators made by the people who care.

The N64 is a load tougher to emulate. Even to this day we bend certain feats due to the weirdness of the Sound and GPU.

Hence why I think Nintendo made the call to just reuse iQue’s. I was looking into it after he stated that it was that from Datamines, and it makes sense. I agree it sucked on launch, but now it is better.

I am meaning in processing, the Wii VC lacked a lot of needed bits to actually emulate certain games, while the Wii U VC got closer to 100% without patching certain parts.

The Wii U build of it was not that bad tbh. It wasn’t on par with the Wii, but it added a lot more.

If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it didn’t work here. I guess they just recomp’d without too much testing to see if switching from Mocha to NVN would hurt anything.

Well the more you know, their website doesn’t seem to work on mobile. Guess them being the core developer was a rumor I heard. I guess it is just Nintendo JP as the sole developer then?

www.nerd.nintendo.com
Pretty sure they did? I mean, their webpage says so.

Omg hi MrMario2011! Legit YouTuber I watch.

NERD are crazy for what they put into an emulator, I think the main issue is the fact that we HAD to speak up to make fixes to the NSO N64. They were charging more for a (half-assed excuse of an) emulator. If we said nothing, Zelda fog would still be broken, and our input delay would be awful.

The only other programs running aside from the OS and Unity is Discord, Rider and Firefox.

It’s weird how effective it is. I suppose it’s related to the way in which it injects the required C# into the domain. For instance, I have my Gen 4 NVMe for the operating system and my Gen 3 for Unity. The projects that are on my Gen 4 are approximately 20% slower to reload compared to my Gen 3.

If you don’t have a dedicated drive for Unity projects, you’re definitely doing it wrong. In fact, Unity will reload the domain faster if you’re using a good drive and its disk utilization is low.

Super Mario World is my favorite 2D, very great game. I have fond memories of playing Super Mario Bros. Wii with friends. Super Mario Galaxy is my favorite all-time (the music is just so good).

It isn’t really a matter of coding, it is a matter of rigging. The code was made, just rigging it in Live2D Cubism or something is complex. But I agree, rigging is hard. Cute art!
