Definitely the zoo. Be prepared for how much time they'll want to spend in the playgrounds rather than looking at the actual animals!! Lovely playgrounds also in Stephens Green and Merrion Square. Dunnes cafe on Henry Street is brilliant with babies. It's huge and you can get a lift straight up.
