Critical staffing gaps have hit offices along the Eastern Seaboard, Gulf Coast, and Central Valley including in Texas, Louisiana, Wyoming, Nebraska, and Kansas. Forecast centers in Hanford and Sacramento have already gone dark overnight, with coastal offices forced to pick up the slack.
