I woke up at 02:30 thinking about Trump and his administration. Instead of accepting reality with a cold mind, Twitter causes anxiety. And after reading “Mindf*uck Cambridge Analytica and the plot to break America” ..and Project 2025.. I don’t want to be on Goebbels-Mask platform.

My fav gym people:
- Stands behind you while you’re doing warm-up on the treadmill. After 15 min says, “I’ll come tomorrow” and leaves
- Leaves the machine without cleaning it
- Takes a 5-minute rest between sets, scrolling through phone
- Does (yoga) shoulder stand in sauna
- Dries hair naked
