Let’s raise the literacy rate back up

Why? How about going back to the 1960’s & 70’s school schedule where there was actual school from 8-3 with lunch and 2 15 minutes recesses. School doesn’t start until after Labor Day. 1-2 weeks for Xmas & Easter. Very few 1/2 days and only Thurs and Fri for thanksgiving
Add a few 1 day holidays

And if they miss by even 20 feet there goes the I-5. Or is that the plan ?

The facilities at the Corona Del Mar, HB and other beaches are nice. I paid parking just to have a nice, clean place to chill for an hour as I waited out traffic.

It would be so ez to put a solid barrier there. Come on potted plants would be better than nothing.

Why couldn’t they just flip flop the grassy area and the bike lane. That way it would have been a nice straight useful protected bike lane without posts and those stupid curves.

Then there’s people walking in the bike lane too.
Then it ends after 2 blocks and dumps you into the street, and the take a lane area. When can a bike take a lane away from a car? Never!

The bike lane is the 2nd sidewalk. It has posts, and transformer boxes that you have to go around and it’s down hill.
I’m not fit but I pedal at 10- 16mph. This bike lane is meant for a child on a trike.

I wish El Cajon would do this.
