Hah! Did you heard about czech "Ř" ? Its definitely worth to look at. I'm not even able to white the sound in symbols. Maybe something like "soft R wibrato" ?

Why to model nipples when you don't paint them different colour? If they are covered in fur, they shoud not be visible at all.
