Stop COVID and genocides. Wear a mask and stop killing people.
Yes, he's really not nice to someone who is a friend! It's painful to listen to.

And thank you for the rec, I need to check that one and the Reddit page out!

Yes it's unbelievable, lots of vitriol now. Aaron always seemed sort of sweet, and not super malicious like Ben? So I'm really upset he's potentially disabled by long COVID. Hoping it's not. Ugh.

Yes, the last few years have been bad. And they do so few interviews now. Before they went full on racist I always had an inkling, but now there's times I turn it off and don't listen to for months. Keep going back, why I'm not sure. Monsters Among Us is my current fave.

Minor, but so many good lectures were posted online. I had tons of great talks from experts in my field to choose from for students to watch. Now the lectures I've been using are getting kind of old and dated, nothing new. To think, more online talks of all kinds could have become an awesome thing.

It really, really is. I keep feeling hopeful they will all turn around. Or that some rogue scientists is operating in a lab somewhere, finding a fix it so we can all stop worrying.

This is devastating. I am so, so sorry. It's unfair. I hope the treatments they have are minimally invasive, effective, and work wonders!

Suspect they still mean "public health," as in their version, one without masks.

So sorry about the death of your mother, it's one of the hardest thing to endure on this planet.

Oh I see what you mean, yes, same for me then. New shoes is a good analogy. And same. I really, really want to delete my account over there, but there's quite a few scientists, especially, who haven't moved over here yet, and I am quite anxious for them to do so.

Beautiful, I shall aspire to do similarly!

Oh good! I can see what I'm responding to, on an android phone, maybe different on others or a laptop?

I'm mainly here for Covid aware folks, too, and am encountering a lot of random people with random topics. I haven't quite gotten my footing here yet.
