Character art I did for The Red Diamond Underground on mastodon. The characters are a part of the Prompt Critical universe. It's been a while since I drew character-centered art (in modern settings) because lately I tend to focus more on scenes. But it was a lot of fun to draw something different.

Solis. Inspired by "Triadic Ballet" by Oskar Schlemmer

Some characters from a piece I'm working on. It might not be so obvious, but can anyone guess what these characters are inspired by? 👀

The pain returned this week. Now it's quite clear that it's in my wrist. I do bouldering and I think that combined with drawing really messed it up this time. Wearing a hard compression glove this time. Hard to draw with it but I'm getting used to it.
A photo of my hand above my ipad. I wear a compression glove with hard shell inside to support the hand. It was hard to draw with it at first but really forces me to draw from my shoulder. I think it helped a little.

My hand started to hurt really bad last week that I couldn't rotate my wrist. I started stretching my hands before drawing (which I never did before 😶‍🌫️), bought a compression glove, a pencil grip and some massage tools. The pain is almost gone now, I was really worried.

I think it helped the most, to be honest. The pain really seems to go away after I stretch and then use the massage tool.
