When Attuned the wear is able to cast "Frost Fingers" & "Ice Knife" Once per Day or use a Spell Slot if able. The Wear can also cast "Wall of Ice" Once per day; must make a DC 15 Dex save to not have your hand stuck in the wall and becomes grappled
