A snippet of a letter confirming the success of my vasectomy. The letter explains that; "This gentleman underwent a post vasectomy semen analysis on 6th March 2025. I am pleased to report that no sperms have been seen. This is very reassuring. At this stage I can recommend that he can stop contraception and he is being discharged back to yourself. Yours sincerely" The letter has been cropped to remove any identifying information.

We're travelling this week during my actual birthday so instead of having to pack my present in our luggage my partner gave it to me today
