New Hampshire votes 187-190 to not reconsider the passing of HB 396. This bill enables discrimination against trans people playing on sports teams, using the bathroom, and even endangering their safety through prison placements.

Florida HSMV now saying trans people with gender marker changes are committing fraud and are open to having their license suspended along with other civil and criminal penalties.

Forcing us to use a different gender marker compared to our federal documents is government overreach.
