Always happy to see the way the Toronto Police Service looks out for traffic rules. Here they show bicyclists how to drive into automobile traffic to avoid a car parked for no apparent reason (and with no emergency lights) in the bike lane.

It’s a good article, but this bit in item 3 seems false to me. I think Trump _does_ have such a mandate, though a weak one. He told us he’d do this. He said that on day 1 he’d be a dictator. If you voted for the guy, _you gave him that mandate_ even if you’re opposed to a given action.
