If all of your digital games have the game card icon next to their title on the menu, it's enabled. I think it got enabled by default when the new system rolled out.
If you want the old system back, it's described on this page under these options

who knew that when i made a super monkey ball stage name randomizer, it would somehow get to the point that 2 years down the line i'd add taco bell menu items to it
