Lorundrostat - an aldosterone synthase inhibitor.
Lorundrostat was associated with greater reductions in 24-hr average BP than placebo in pts with uncontrolled & treatment-resistant hypertension.
K level >6.0 occurred in 5 pts (5%) in the stable-dose group.
