These individuals then work with the Antz Junction team to provide training to organisations, businesses, and all sectors. By doing things this way, businesses see a bigger impact, and it helps bring down walls between decision-makers and people from less privileged backgrounds, including those people with lived experience of the prison system. According to the latest data, between April 2022 and March 2023 80.6% of prison leavers who do not secure employment during this critical period, we want to support the 80%.
