Honored to be part of this exciting study and grateful that the device-based and free-living indicators I have contributed to developing are being utilized here. Privileged to collaborate with such a talented group of researchers.
This week we harmonized our study protocol across three research sites in our MS project EMAFAMS, study where we explore real-time fatigue and fatigability. Good consensus and soon ready for pilot phase👌 Thank you @anttilopp.bsky.social, Sara & Anders! #multiplesclerosis #fatigue #MS #EMA #ESM

My research theme page is now live! My focus is on free-living physical functioning, utilizing sensor-based metrics to assess daily functional capacity, identify individuals at risk of losing independent living, monitor rehabilitation, and strength-demanding activities. www.freelivingfunctioning.org

Thank you Päivikki and Sakari Sohlberg Foundation for awarding me a €18,000 grant to study device-based high-intensity activities among older adults. This funding enables me to hire a postdoctoral researcher and take important steps toward building my own research group.
