I think I've figured out why I don't like horror movies very much. They're designed to make you feel bad in specific ways. I can do that just lying on my couch without a movie, so it's not exciting or pleasant.

Whenever someone says something like, "Apologies," or, "Greetings," or, "Curses," I think, "Which ones?"
That's like when I'm trying to tell you about a thing that happened and I say, "Oh man, verbs. Just...verbs."
