Never updated this but rewatched it a week and a half ago, it's a 5-6/10 now. I still think S2 could be way better, but if it's just more of the same I'll probably just drop it. At least it got more players into Devil May Cry which was the best thing it could have done, so there's that.
I have so many mixed feelings for devil may cry anime, I think I lean to liking it but so much stuff bogged it down to stop me from loving. I'll rewatch to gain a better opinion although I can't help but feel disappointed with what we got.
