There were some sneak previews of this in Woke 1.0 when [white] UK & Oz posters scolded Lizzo into abandoning her AAVE "spaz" lyric

The physical fitness yields in arm strength and shoulder steadiness from shooting the old FD300 handheld are coming in, cant say i want anything heavier...

I remain content in the 24mp aps-c world, but if I want to make any forays into nighttime wildlife imaging, I am obliged to consider renting an A7s3. Undecided how much bird images are truly needed in the body of work, but a 400-500 vintage prime is looking more and more necessary.

While primarily a test drive of Journeyman Work, my entrée into printmaking, if luck holds to become a quarterly zine, the residency has also built up my natural light chops and underlined a few focal lengths where I still have room to grow and skills to master.

Like Glamdring and Sting were found among the Troll's hoard, the glass I am most enamored was the workhorse of the 60s and 70s. The glass became special as it aged, but was not thought exceptional in its own time

Since the disclosure in OP is about UX icons as their primary generated content, uhhh that seems at least somewhat in the functional domain
November 24, 2025 at 11:52 AM
Ok the OP is about 2d art, especially UX icons, rather than 3d models which is a whole other market

The landscape masks are trash but (invert sky) minus (invert ellipse around horizon object, like mountain) is easy enough

I suspect if there are indeed brain cells involved, this is one of the few attempts in the regime to build cadre, giving Kash's DroneBoyz™️ extra toys to elevate their Brownshirt cachet

The new Nano Banana seems to have breached a comprehension threshold, and "make an isometric view of this (reference map) RPG town" is now returning faithful results.
Its hard to call these tasks "creative," but the crunchy bits down in the weeds of GM prep do have use cases

We are at something of a tipping point, where people with real skills can lean on the tool to create bulk material or analyze work from other angles (i could tell it to create patrol
routes in a dungeon map; it could fill the backpacks of NPCs)
But it mostly it advertises the gimmick "cheat button"

Lately what that irks re:5E/PF (2) is passive acquisition of shiny new toys. Like the character levels up constantly in the background, bereft of actual milestones in competence, and the session and players are perpetually saddled with paragraphs of exposition for the new ability from nowhere
November 16, 2025 at 10:48 PM
Sure, except for expected, mandatory escalation in option complexity with level-ups. Can't say ive seen a lot of non-anime cartoons where protagonists constantly dig out new abilities the audience (player) barely understands and needs a paragraph of exposition

People used to pay a monthly subscription for Everquest/Warcraft. It's wild how hollowed out the value proposition has become in online games

Hoping this takes off and a bit of creative software (like, word processors and shit) actually starts to show up on steam

This more cyan sky suits a lot of autumn images where greens are sharing the frame with the golds and reds
