For now, our main goal is to have a separate stock for the USA, which will give a better experience for the customer, and will be easier to manage for us.

We're happy we found a solution too. Having prices in USD is a bit tricky. We need to check with our accountant how to do this, and it may make things harder for us with our Homebrew Factory Creator platform, to estimate/calcultate profit before/after a campaign. We'll try to look into it though.

Ce n'est pas tant le montant qui compte mais le poids du colis. Peut être que Trader à un volume de colis plus important que le notre qui lui permet d'avoir de meilleurs prix. On va regarder à nouveau ce qui est possible d'avoir avec nos volumes de colis actuels.

As-tu des propositions ? Colissimo propose 14.85€ HT pour un envoi jusque 250g à destination de la Belgique. Si j'ajoute les 21% de TVA on arrive à 18€.

You're right, fedex/dhl/ups directly apply the 15% tax rate, but shipping fees are more expensive, so... not that easy :(
