If you're already a deer, reindeer TF doesn't really impact you.
Well, aside from all the extra insulation.

(messy eating sketch, sorry)
Oh to be a donkey without a care in the world, comforted by alarmingly huge portions of mac and cheese…

A very kind @longdog.cafe sent me mail internationally including this very very wonderful reindeer lady and stamps and card and postcard aaaaaAAAAA LOOK AT HER

Once I'm moved, I gotta make a habit of sending cards to friends!

Warm-up doodle. I want to fill out a 3D rendered scene with a crowd of hand-drawn sheep, but I need to figure out some shading that's simple and not jarring.
The alternative is make a 3D rig, but not sure if I can set it up well (or have the VRAM to render so many?).

Remember to feed your sheep!

If you're looking for suggestions, I found "Projective Geometric Algebra Illuminated" by Eric Lengyel is really good. Haven't gotten too far into it, but it covers exactly what you're looking for (quaternions and motors) + foundations. It walks you through the math step-by-step. Expensive though :(

Remember to periodically recharge your local deer friends! (because Adulting is no fun)

The manager doesn't want you to know this, but you can actually feed in-store produce to the Christmas decorations for free.

Been exceedingly blessed as God moves, and I'll be moving out of my parents' home soon to finally be an independent adult!

Have a comfy sheep. 💤🐑

Sinus infection swallowed up my creative energy, so have some unfinished doodles

Saw a cute outfit and decided to doodle Tempus in it. He might be oblivious to dress codes.

More range-of-motion studies with poses suggested by a friend.

My fear of commitment has been blocking my progress on this character for a while. I need to model and rig her for my game, but I don't want to make gear (or a model) that looks poor and then be stuck with it, agh.

Think I've settled on this design + color scheme for now. Needs more range of motion studies and a boosterpack.
And probably a better turnaround but I've got like four other things to concept, haha.

Super out of practice with drawing, but been in a goodra and dragonite mood lately.

Having trouble motivating myself to commit polished to art stuff, but not sure why. I've been burying myself in programming both at work and at home, blegh.

Someone on FA suggested swim trunks with velcro instead of a drawstring for the waist, which sounded so genius I looked it up! I can't find any for the life of me!

Closest I found was a pair of trunks by SILKWORLD, which still has a drawstring, but has these fancy adjustments loops on the side. 1/3

Hooves (and a handsomely-sized belly) make swim trunks a pain to secure! Help would be much preferred, over using a mirror…

The only thing better than snuggling a sheep is snuggling a sheep who gets the proper oxygen she needs at night! I imagine that’s difficult with a deer laying on top of you.

How does anyone draw an anthro laying down while maintaining an interesting perspective, aha (repost, forgot label)

The protective clothing I see on sheep at the county fair always intrigues me.
These were some handsome ewes, although seeing so many ear tags makes my ears hurt.

spurious pig Tempus doodle because cartoons just have really nice ways of presenting animal characters sometimes
Someday I won't fail to actually doodle him thin

Anyway, that's all folks!
If you got this far, thanks for listening to my rambles and following me on my long journey of sheep obsession. 🐑
Have a great July! 🧵 5/5

By 2022, I was heavily involved in Godot Engine multiplayer at work. I had the itch to remake Platoon in Godot Engine, naming it "Spar."
Clover was a character art experiment, and June was next on my list. The project only lasted 10 months before I started Abyss for school, and it took over my life.
