Advent He’s coming, Each day Opening each door, Bald trees, Their leaves crunch on the floor. He’s coming, Whispers the winter frost, Shivering in the cold breeze, The air freezes In those long dark nights Illuminated by fairy lights. He’s coming 24 days of anticipating Waiting for Santa’s delivery A birth in a stable Or even a loved one’s Longed for arrival. Anthony J.P.
