They said I would get less liberal with age. They were wrong. Dogs. #uglydogs. Food. Sci Fi and fantasy. Gen x snark. And sleeping outside.
Low iron. Low hemoglobin. Low red blood cells. Low B12. Low testosterone. Low progesterone. Low estrogen, although you might be embargoed from that because of the cancer thing. High cortisol could have depleted your adrenal glands.
Or.... and hear me out.... this timeliness has worn you out.

PS I've given the recipe for the soup away many times and people decide to skip the goat's milk and they always regret it. Also, see my answer to Raven's comment about how to make the cranberries with horseradish.

And my famous butternut squash bisque which I make with goat's milk instead of heavy cream, you should all try it. Topped with bacon crumbles and fried sage.

Green beans with a homemade cream of mushroom soup, cajun carrott souffle from new orleans, a savory sweet potato dish, usually with caramelized onions, rosemary and parmesan, the british cauliflower cheese. And cranberries.

I roast a turkey and there's gravy and there's a bread stuffing and mashed potatoes. Then there's red cabbage in the german style -- sweet and sour, and then there's brussels sprouts and corn pudding or indian pudding.

But over the years, we've had strawberry cherry pistachio, pistachio cream, creamsicle cream on a graham cracker crust, and a variety of cranberry, sweet potato and pecan concoctions

So there are always four pies. Now ironically, my husband is the research and development manager for a pie company. This means our traditional pies have shifted over the years. We currently make a peanut butter cream pie on a chocolate crust. A lemon curd pie. Dutch caramel apple. And pumpkin.

By the time we were done, we had made eighteen dishes.
I have upheld this tradition every single year. But since shifted the date to the saturday before so that friends can actually attend.

Okay so story time... In in nineteen ninety six I moved to texas from oregon. I had an instant group of friends because of my running club. The hash house harriers. So the morning of thanksgiving, my friend and I did a five k. And then we just started cooking

I boil my cranberries in orange juice and sugar. Then salt and mix in horseradish creme when it's cool.

I love a good steak. Do you like horseradish? I do cranberry sauce with horseradish for the beef. Delish
November 18, 2025 at 7:58 PM
Sorry that's not possible. Are you doing the canned sauce with the ribs that you cut in slices? Hubs loves that

Living in Oregon means staying in if there's too much snow to leave your drive without shoveling. I have never had that much snow except up on crater lake one year in March. We snow shoed.

Long term? Or single occurance? Like, does the ultra processed fried stuff that's ubiquitous at fat foods places rank higher than deep frying a turkey and having the oil explode on your dumb ass?

The seven puppets here at Gnomehome are sending you snuggles, involuntary face licks, and lots of butt wiggles.

I would say your put me to shame, but I can't stand stale baked goods so I'm baking the things on Dec 23rd or 24th, depending on the cross country ski conditions

You just can't trust American logistics companies like you can those in Germany

Elf on a shelf is just psychologically awful. At least this thing can be shredded by whatever dog gets to it.
