Fighting against genocide and forever wars.
We will continue to fight and defend our communities and we call on the masses to join the movement. STAND UP, FIGHT BACK!

There is nothing to celebrate during a time when the ruling classes of the failing US empire scramble to consolidate power & wealth. The Trump Administration continues to attack the working class and our most vulnerable communities, but the masses won’t stand down.

We rallied at Federal Plaza & took to the streets to demand End US aid to Israel, cease settler-colonial occupation of Palestine, end mass deportations, ICE out of our streets, stop police crimes, money for jobs & education, and uplift the protection of Black, Brown, LGBTQIA, & reproductive rights.

The people of Chicago stand against imperialist war and demand the cessation of further U.S. aggression against Iran, an immediate arms embargo against Israel, and an end to U.S. aid to Israel! Hands off Iran now! End the U.S.-funded Gaza genocide now!

From inside the board room, we could hear our protest outside continuing to chant. ISBI had NOTHING to say in response, except that they would "move on with [their] agenda". Illinoisians do not want our money funding war, death, and destruction. Plain and simple.

Palestinians shared how excruciating it has been to watch their people, including whole families and thousands of children, massacred for profit, and to see ISBI and Frerichs continue to invest in this genocide.

ISBI attempted to intimidate the public with excessive presence of police (exceeding the number of attendees) and increased security protocols since the last meeting we attended. Frerichs was conveniently absent for the second quarterly meeting in a row.

Despite it being a public meeting, ISBI, in collusion with the building owner, obstructed our access to the meeting by locking the building doors after only 16 people were allowed in, and only 5 people were allowed inside the board room for public comment.
