And while that's been pretty frustrating, we also spent the day looking at a possible retail space for the bookshop/cafe/event space side of the business and that was super exciting.

And so we've spent much of the day working on a different workflow and trying to refine that so I'm not just spending days fixing the output and generating something so messy that it's not reliable across different ereaders.

Let's just say Affinity V3s reflowable ePUB is... not yet a thing of beauty for books that are not simple.

It's also not (at least from our sample of one) a thing of functionality.

Unless you like your books in a random font with the text centre aligned with random markup in the contents page.

Had an amazing day with Chris from Blue Cactus Press ( bluecactuspress.com ) at Tacoma Studio Tour.

Met lovely people, had some great conversations, and got to practice our elevator pitch. Also super excited because we have found out about some potential upcoming events thanks to today, too!

At the moment I run around attempting to catch up with all the things I should already have done!

But, fingers crossed, our catalog will be up next month & print runs hopefully starting in December...

Anyhow, good luck with Fawn's Blood. It's so good!
