Close Encounters of the Third Kind. I hadn't seen this since I was a kid & even then I'm pretty sure I only saw the last part whenever it was on tv. I know it's science fiction but I was expecting it to be a little more serious. The scenes with his family were a little too campy.

Shirley I didn't know much about her so it was nice to get a quick overview. As a film it's not super amazing but it's fine. Took some getting used to the accents.

@martywombacher.bsky.social I got your book in the mail on Saturday! The two flip books made me laugh. I must say, I ordered a couple other book from that site & yours was the most professional looking one. the others had a more matte finish on the covers. i didn't like that.

My TV suggested I watch Super Dave. I'd forgotten all about that show. I pressed play & realized Super Dave is Marty Funkhouser. Mind blown.

Tom Green documentary. I love both how stupid & how ahead of his time he was. I watched it becuase I'm avoiding finally knocking out that Joker movie from last year. I don't regret the decision at all.

Less than one month left in the NBA season means I can finally sign up for League Pass! I tell myself I wait until the last month or else I'll spend too much time watching basketball when I have other stuff to do but really I'm just cheap.
