ofc it wont catch all of them, and ive found there's a lot of false positives, but its better than starting from scratch haha

you can actually use sky follower bridge on blocked accounts too to check if they have an account here! if you do + want to share the blocklist, add them to a moderation list yourself, and lmk and i'll add you to a list of people who have moderation lists for blocking antis ^^
