: 7 The City, Insurance companies, FEMA, & LA ppl need to help those who suffered losses to find interim housing and food/clothing, etc. We should not rush anything that will bite us in the butt again/later. Clean right. Rebuild right.

: 6 A lot of the problem in LA is that we are encroaching on wildlands where it is dangerous/impossible to fight wildfires with common building codes. That's why Insurance Co's fled. Power/Water systems must be rebuilt first where possible.

Yes, it sucks to have to wait to rebuild but it's for the greater public health. And, if we rebuild as it was, we will just see the same disaster repeated in the future. Build back better--for real. Take the time needed to do better.

Thousands of houses have been destroyed and toxic/hazardous materials will take time to clean up. Letting people in to stir it all up and spread the hazard is not a gov. plot: It is to safeguard LA residents and avoid "9/11" health issues

These materials pose a risk to health if inhaled or handled improperly. It's just rained in LA so these materials can seep into ground water and the ocean. When dry, they can blow around to be inhaled by the population.

Removing Post-fire house debris is hazardous because it can contain toxic materials like asbestos, lead, mercury, chemicals from household products, and other heavy metals which are released into the ash and debris.
