i have a dilemma at work 😔 i really think that i should be given a raise and that i should ask for it since my role and responsibilities have evolved.
but i know that the company is struggling (we had layoffs recently).. so should i still ask for it?

tried a new Japanese restaurant called Hoshino Coffee! i had their Souffle with Custard Cream and Omu Souffle with Beef Stew Curry. they were all soooo yummy 🤤 the souffle and egg were very fluffy too. can't wait to go back lol
