Totally! I asked my partner (his parents didn’t get married until years after he and his brother were born) and unfortunately he can’t remember what he was taught about it. I’m so curious how they’re explaining it now.

I think the explanation I got was that you need to be married to have kids and thar Mary and Joseph weren’t married yet so obviously it couldn’t be his kid!
