LOL. It's not a IA bot, it's a kid in Nigeria or something.

You have a dumb impersonator. 😅

Don't you see they are talking about a bet, scammer?
July 29, 2024 at 10:50 PM
I followed you so you can DM me.

Thank you. I don't wish to talk about this out of this account. I hope you understand. In a previous incident I received death threats so I'll keep my identity very private. I know your intentions are good but I don't wish to risk any leak of my personal information.

I'm not sure what does verifying email has to do with this in that way. Bluesky should make verification mandatory, that might help, but potential victims having the email verified or not I don't understand what difference does it make.
July 19, 2024 at 9:09 AM
Yes but I can't handle everything. I need the bot to avoid things it can't automatically handle. So when we detect that an account looks like an impersonation and we know it's not I put it in a "whitelist" so it isn't accused by my bots anymore. The account, I don't store those payment details.
July 19, 2024 at 8:59 AM
But then it ignored the "confirmed=false" and warn about those being scam payment details.
July 19, 2024 at 8:56 AM
If the bot detects an impersonation and then that "supposed to be impersonator" publishes an email or payment link the bot stores them in a list called "blacklist" as if those were scam payment details, but with an attribute confirmed=false.
July 19, 2024 at 8:56 AM
Because if an impersonation is a false positive then I could blacklist the wrong payment info. That usually doesn't happen because random people usually don't give payment details but this gaza-GFM accounts usually create second accounts and they do give payment details, so I fucked up.
July 19, 2024 at 8:39 AM
So I started blacklisting payment info for the case it's used by people not detected as impersonation. But then the scammer started changing payment link fast so I linked the two systems so it blacklisted payment info if it was used by an impersonator. That's the big mistake.
July 19, 2024 at 8:37 AM
You are very kind. I do what I can. At first I only detected impersonation (similar accounts, one with much more content than the other one) but then the scammer started to make worse impersonations so I can't detect them as such. 👇🏻

I appreciate your point of view, thanks.

I warn people about certain scammer everyday. I personally know people who thought they were donating to charity and that scammer got it from them. It is one who impersonates people in need. Look for the thanks in my posts if you don't believe it.

But that feature is not complete so the bot accused innocent people, and people that really need help and who can't afford being accused. Their lives might depend on not being called scammers.
