For the more recent version, Tera Starscape has a good population of players. Tera Classic is another good one for the old game, but has been offline for a long time after it got hit by constant DDOS attacks.

Officially, yes, for PCs, though it is still going on consoles. For PCs, unofficial, private servers have emerged; some are close to the last retail version while others go for a "classic" version with the original Island of Dawn starting area and may even have the "Nexus".

The initial climb is also a bit unnerving but that's because I'm not keen on heights. But once it gets going, it's an awesome rush facing the ground or the sky. It used to have a VR component, but sadly it kept breaking so it was eventually discontinued, so I never got to see that part.

I tend to strike a balance between practical and revealing parts of the body, and some things that may not be obvious without some going into the setting's lore. In your case, I would cover the private parts, the flanks, a helmet, part of the torso and the arms. Maybe a bit of the legs as well.

In Japan people can pay cash for online purchases. Buyers get a barcode they can take to one of many places and pay there. The payment processor never knows what was bought.
